Yes, the Wedding is Finally On!

They met attending the same school, taking the same classes. He was not looking and she was not interested. Another semester had passed and still, they practically had the same schedule. This time, it was a different story. They got to know each other better and became acquaintances. Soon, they were more than friends.

She once told him that if there were one place in this world that she wanted to see, it was Italy. In September of 2004, he took her to Europe, and soon the world would follow…September 20, 2004, (with the blessing of both Mama and Mommy, unbeknownst to her) in Venice at a Gondola ride through the Grand Canal at sunset; he asked her to marry him in his broken Tagalog and gave her the world. She barely could speak, but said “yes” through her tears.

After more than a year of planning for this joyous event, we will witness two become one and begin a new life as Mr. and Mrs. Trent Thacker.
